See what we collect, and why.

This notice explains what Outformat at outformat.com, operated by David Pavlovschii ("we"), collects about you, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email, and the name and business description you choose to give us.
• What you use: the niches you read or track, the scripts you create, and your plan and usage counts.
• Billing: Stripe handles your card. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your plan, status and dates. We never see your full card number.
• Site events: pages you open and buttons you press on outformat.com, tied to a random id in a cookie, plus your country and the ad or link that brought you. We use them to fix the funnel and see which pages help.
• Security: a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse and enforce limits.

Cookies

• of_sid: keeps you logged in (30 days).
• of_anon: a random id that links your reads to your account when you sign up.
• of_consent: remembers your ad cookie choice.
• Meta pixel: measures which ads bring visitors. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland it loads only after you press Allow. Change your choice from the footer link "Cookie choice".

Who processes your data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery, bot checks), Stripe (payments), DeepSeek (writing formats and scripts from public video data and your business description), Meta (ad measurement, only as described above) and Google Fonts (the page fonts). Each one works under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. Site events are deleted after 400 days. When you delete your account, we delete your niches, scripts and account data, and keep only the billing records the law requires.

Your rights

You can see, change and delete your data in the app (Account, then Delete your account). For a copy of your data or any privacy question, email support@outformat.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Emails

We send account emails (login codes, your read results, trial and billing notices) and the Monday formats email. Every Monday email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
